Every Green Land Engineers machine is inspected before dispatch. If there is a problem with your machine, please contact us so we can help.
Manufacturing defects
If a machine has a manufacturing defect, contact our sales team with your invoice and photos or video of the issue. We will inspect it and repair, replace parts, or replace the machine as appropriate.
Returns
Returns are assessed case by case and must be agreed with our sales team in advance. Machines must be unused and in original condition unless returned for a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it is processed to the original payment method after the machine is received and inspected.
